The Village of Cayuga Heights Clerk’s office provides general governmental functions for the Village of Cayuga Heights as well as service-oriented support to all departments within the village structure.

The Village Clerk’s Office is responsible for keeping the official records of the Village. The Office must retain pertinent documents, preserve archival materials, and index minutes providing the legislative history for the Village.  This responsibility includes preserving contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and minutes of the Board of Trustee meetings.

The Village Clerk’s Office sells garbage tags for residents of Cayuga Heights. Property tax payments are received each year starting on June 1st. Water and Sewer payments can be paid at the office as well. Open 9:00AM – 4:30PM, Monday-Friday.  The office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays.
