Director Wiese’s Departure:

Michael Wiese, director of the Department of Public Works for the past eight years, has taken a job with the City of Cortland. His last day with us will be August 8th. We are grateful for all of his hard work and dedication to his job and we wish him the best in his new position.

The position of Director of Public Works has been posted on the County HR website and the Village is currently in search of a qualified individual to fill it. If you or someone you know is interested please contact Jeff Walker at jwalker@cayuga-heights.ny.us for more info.
