PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that on August 1, 2022 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing to seek comments on the following project:
108 Warwick Place (tax parcel 4-2-8), to construct a new garage and living addition with a side yard setback of 12.3’(at garage), which is less than the 15’ setback required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 305-19: Building Setbacks; and combined will have a calculated lot coverage of 15% which exceeds the maximum coverage of 12% allowed by Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 305-20: Lot Coverage.
