The Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission was created for the common benefit of its five municipalities to provide high-quality water at the lowest possible cost. The Commission insists on maintaining its status as a successful example of municipal cooperation.
The Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission is a joint entity of its five-member municipalities, The Towns of Dryden, Ithaca, Lansing, and the Villages of Cayuga Heights and Lansing.
Bolton Point Billing and Account Information
Water & sewer bills are mailed quarterly on 1st of each month on February, May, August, and November and are due 20 days from mailing. Bills are payable online (service charge included) or by check. Please make checks out to the Village of Cayuga Heights with your account number on the memo line and mail or drop off payments to 836 Hanshaw Road. We use the postmark date for determining timeliness. Please note, even if your bill is lost in the mail or you do not receive it for any reason, you are still responsible to pay it before the due date or a 10 percent penalty will be charged.
