Hunt Engineers has provided a proposed scope of services agreement to perform the design work on the Cayuga Heights Road sidewalk project. Their proposal is for services (to be billed hourly) with a not to exceed the value of $235,564, which is well within the NYSDOT formula that has an allowance for up to $552,960.00. The TAP grant program will be reimbursing us 80% of the actual billed hours.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Cayuga Heights Department of Public Works in conjunction with the NYSDOT will hold a Public Information Meeting regarding the Cayuga Heights Road Sidewalk Project, which will extend from the Devon Road intersection north to NYS Route 13.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at the Village of Cayuga Heights office located at 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY 14850 starting at 7:00 PM. Village Department of Public Works and design consultant personnel will make a brief presentation and will be available at this time to take comments and answer questions.
